If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
PrimeVerse is a free educational platform and online community dedicated to financial literacy, trading education, and personal development. We provide educational content, community discussion, live learning sessions, trading tools for educational purposes, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
PRIMEVERSE IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER, DEALER, INVESTMENT BANK, OR ANY REGULATED FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, SECURITY, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR ASSET.
All content on the Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Any trading or investment decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.
PrimeVerse does not sell financial products, investment products, managed accounts, signals as a commercial service, copy trading services, or any regulated financial instruments. Where membership plans exist, they provide access to educational content and community features only.
PrimeVerse does not solicit members to invest in any particular financial product or strategy. Any discussions of specific trades, assets, or strategies within the community are shared by community members for educational discussion purposes only and do not constitute solicitation or advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Platform.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must not be prohibited from accessing our Platform under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
You must not be on any government-issued sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from participating in online platforms.
You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at support@primeverse.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
Each individual may maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or accessing the Platform through another person's account is prohibited.
You may use the Platform to learn about trading and financial markets, participate in educational discussions, share your own educational content and trading experiences, access tools and resources provided, and connect with other community members for educational purposes.
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
Providing, soliciting, or distributing financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade signals as a commercial service
Guaranteeing or implying guaranteed returns, profits, or performance
Promoting 'get rich quick' schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or any fraudulent investment opportunity
Soliciting funds from other members for investment, trading, or any financial purpose
Impersonating any person or entity, including ${BRAND} staff or moderators
Posting false, misleading, deceptive, or manipulative content about financial markets or instruments
Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other members
Posting obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content
Sharing personal information of other members without their consent
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or undermine the Platform's security or functionality
Using automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access or collect Platform data
Promoting competing services in a manner intended to divert members from the Platform
Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Promoting or linking to websites or services that engage in the above activities
You are solely responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through the Platform. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
All content on the Platform created by PrimeVerse, including but not limited to educational materials, course content, videos, graphics, logos, software, tools, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to PrimeVerse Education Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission from PrimeVerse Education Inc..
By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform in connection with operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of your content.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMEVERSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.
SPECIFICALLY, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT ANY EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, STRATEGY, TOOL, OR INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM WILL RESULT IN PROFIT, AVOID LOSSES, OR BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeVerse Education Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (e) any trading or investment decisions you make based on information found on the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, brokers, or tools. These links are provided for convenience and educational reference only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party website or service. You access third-party services at your own risk.
Any broker relationships, affiliate links, or tool integrations are disclosed where applicable. Our educational content may reference specific brokers or tools for illustrative purposes — this does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us at support@primeverse.com. We will use good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), or its successor legislation. Arbitration shall take place in Ontario, Canada. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against PrimeVerse Education Inc.. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
The Platform is operated from Canada. If you access the Platform from outside Canada, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all countries.
By using the Platform from outside Canada, you consent to the transfer of your data to Canada in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:
Temporary suspension from posting or specific spaces
Enforcement decisions are made by our moderation team and are final. Repeated or severe violations result in immediate and permanent removal.
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the report function on any post or message, or contact our moderation team at support@primeverse.com. All reports are reviewed confidentially. False reporting intended to harm other members is itself a violation.
When sharing trading content, please:
Always add context — explain the educational purpose of what you're sharing
Clearly label content as 'personal opinion' or 'not financial advice'
Share losses and mistakes as learning experiences — not just wins
Disclose if you have any relationship with any broker or tool you mention
PrimeVerse respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. C-42).
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@primeverse.com containing:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing content with enough detail for us to locate it
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@primeverse.com containing the required counter-notification information under the DMCA.
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the PrimeVerse Platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Accessing and consuming educational content for personal learning
Participating in community discussions in good faith
Sharing educational trading experiences with appropriate disclaimers
Using Platform tools for personal educational analysis
Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers on the Platform
Introducing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Platform source code
Overloading or attempting to disrupt Platform infrastructure
Posting content you do not have the right to share
Posting content containing personal information of others without consent
Distributing spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial messages
PrimeVerse reserves the right to monitor Platform usage, investigate suspected violations, and take any action we deem appropriate, including content removal, account suspension, and legal action where warranted.
